Refund policy
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, or store credit.
To make a return:
- Items must be unused & clean
- Items must still have all tags attached
- Items must not be damaged
- You must have a receipt
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
To return a product, bring it back to the store or send the product back to us, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
